Mike Themis – Principal, Axios Real Estate
Mike brings over four decades of practical experience to Axios Real Estate. His journey began in South Africa, where he managed family rental properties, ran successful businesses, and carried out hands-on renovations that built his understanding of property from the ground up.
After moving to Sydney, Mike expanded his expertise through hospitality ventures in the CBD, work as a licensed business broker, and further property renovations. Eventually, he acquired a long-established Lower North Shore real estate business, which he now operates under the Axios Real Estate brand.
With firsthand knowledge as both a landlord and business owner, Mike combines practical insight with a results-driven focus, helping property owners achieve the best outcomes in sales and management.
Kathy Themis – Director & Owner
A genuine people person, Kathy built her career in South Africa running customer-focused businesses before relocating to Sydney. Working alongside Mike, she operated local businesses and coordinated multiple renovation projects, sharpening her eye for presentation and practicality.
Today she leads Axios Real Estate with a service-first approach—guiding owners on styling, marketing and strategy across the Lower North Shore. Hands-on in sales and property management, Kathy blends warmth with commercial know-how to deliver smooth processes and confident results.
