Mike brings decades of experience in business, real estate, property investment and renovations.
His business experience began in South Africa, where he owned and operated his own businesses while also being involved in property investment and renovations.
After moving to Sydney, Mike continued running his own businesses and remained actively involved in property. He later moved into business sales and broking before acquiring a long-established Lower North Shore real estate agency, now operating as Axios Real Estate.Today,
Mike works directly with landlords and property owners across Mosman and the Lower North Shore, personally overseeing leasing, inspections, maintenance, tenant matters and day-to-day property management, while also assisting clients with residential sales.His approach is practical, straightforward and hands-on.

Kathy Themis – Partner & Property Manager
Kathy has many years of experience in business and property, having owned and operated businesses with Mike over the years. Today, they run Axios Real Estate together.
Kathy takes a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of the agency, working directly with landlords and tenants on leasing, inspections, maintenance and tenancy matters.
She also has extensive experience in property renovations, preparing homes for the rental market and residential sales.
