Mike Themis
With over 40 years of experience in property and business, Mike brings a lifetime of hands-on knowledge to Axios Real Estate. His journey started in South Africa, where he managed rental properties for his family, ran his own businesses, and completed several successful property renovations.
After moving to Australia as a business immigrant, Mike continued his passion for real estate—managing investment properties, completing 14 property renovations across South Africa and Australia, and building a reputation for his practical, results-driven approach. Having personally handled property management and renovations, he understands the real challenges landlords and property owners face—from maintaining rentals to securing quality tenants and achieving the best possible sale price. His goal is to make property ownership stress-free and profitable, offering tailored solutions that maximize returns.
Mike has owned and operated multiple businesses, always with a focus on practical solutions and exceptional service—values that remain at the core of Axios Real Estate. From designing interiors during 14 successful renovation projects to helping property owners maximize rental returns and sales prices, Kathy’s attention to detail ensures that every property is presented at its full potential.
