Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can't speak highly enough of Mike and Kathy at Axios Real Estate. From the day I moved in to the day I handed back the keys, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

What stood out most was how much they care. Communication was always prompt, friendly and clear, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Whenever something needed attention it was sorted quickly and without fuss, and I always felt listened to and respected as a tenant.

Mike and Kathy bring a warmth and personal touch that you simply don't get with larger agencies. They are honest, fair and reliable, and they treat people the way they would want to be treated themselves. Renting can be stressful, but they made the whole experience easy from start to finish.

Even at the end of my tenancy they went out of their way to wish me well, which says everything about the kind of people they are. I was sorry to say goodbye.

Owner's reply
Paul, thank you so much for such a lovely review. It really means a lot to both of us.
You were an absolute pleasure to deal with, and tenants like you make our job so much easier. We genuinely wish you all the very best.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mike, Kathy and the team at Axios Real Estate were always approachable, responsive and easy to deal with. Communication was very good and they stayed on top of the property throughout the tenancy, including regular inspections and any issues that came up.

Although I am not a landlord myself, I can appreciate the importance of having a property manager who communicates well, looks after the property and deals with things properly. I would recommend Axios Real Estate to any landlord looking for a hands-on and personal property management service.”

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mike and Kathy have been absolutely wonderful throughout our experience. They were not just supportive as agents, but genuinely caring and warm, almost like family. When I was living alone during a long-distance marriage, they would regularly check in on me, make sure I was doing okay, and even stay in touch with my husband.

Their kindness went far beyond what you would normally expect from an agent. Even around the time I had my baby, they came to see us and continued to check in, which meant so much to me.

They have always been approachable, friendly, thoughtful and incredibly supportive. We feel very lucky to have had Mike and Kathy looking after us. Truly wonderful people who care about their clients beyond just the business. Highly recommended! ❤️

Kath and Mike were such wonderful agents, very personable and efficient. I found them both very hands-on, approachable and easy to deal with. They took a genuine interest in the property, responded quickly whenever anything needed attention, provided negotiation between me and the landlord, and provided support throughout the tenancy and beyond.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As someone who has rented off Mike, Kathy and the team at Axios Real Estate, they are outstanding.

They provide the professionalism of a big agency, but with the personal care and attention that big agencies simply don’t give you. Landlords can trust that their property will be managed with genuine care, clear communication, and a focus on results.

As a tenant, you can trust that you’re in good, responsive hands with property managers who treat you with respect and care.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We met Mike & Kathy (Axios Real Estate) in July 2024, when we rented an apartment in McMahons Pt from them, which is under their management.

Over the last year, they have been attentive & friendly and responded to any of our needs in a timely manner. They care about their properties under management and also the tenants who live there.

And we would expect that any landlord who has a property managed by them would be similarly impressed by their professionalism and care.

We own a property and we wouldn’t hesitate to trust Axios Real Estate to manage that property in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've had the pleasure of renting a property managed by Mike and Kathy Themis for over three years, and I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism and support. They are responsive, reliable, and always a pleasure to deal with—nothing is ever too much trouble. Whether it's organising prompt repairs or helping me out when I locked myself out of the apartment, they’ve always been easy to contact and quick to assist.
When new blinds and an air conditioner were needed, they went the extra mile to find the right tradespeople. Even when issues arose with the installation, Mike and Kathy acted swiftly, liaising directly with the supplier to ensure everything was resolved.
More than just experienced property managers, Mike and Kathy bring a level of care, efficiency, and clear communication that truly sets them apart. They've raised the bar in every way—and in the process, have become trusted friends.
And for any landlords looking for a hands-on, boutique-style agency — not a big operation with call centres or junior staff — you couldn’t be in better hands. Mike and Kathy genuinely care.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A Wonderful Experience with Axios Real Estate!

We had such a positive experience with Axios Real Estate, both as a landlord and a tenant. From the very beginning, Mike and his team have been incredibly kind, professional, and always available when we needed them.

As a landlord, it’s a relief to have such a dedicated team taking care of everything—from finding great tenants to handling inspections and maintenance. They truly understand the Lower North Shore rental market, and their attention to detail gives us complete peace of mind.

As tenants, we were treated with the same level of care and respect. Any concerns were addressed quickly, and the whole renting process was smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a real estate agency that genuinely values both landlords and tenants, but Axios Real Estate does exactly that.

If you’re looking for a property manager in Mosman, Cremorne, Neutral Bay, or anywhere on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, we highly recommend Axios Real Estate. Their warm, personal approach makes all the difference!

It has been a privilege to rent a property managed by Axios Real Estate, and my experience has been exemplary from beginning to end. The team consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to maintaining the property at the highest standard. Even minor concerns were addressed with efficiency and care, ensuring a seamless and well-managed tenancy. Their proactive approach fostered a sense of value and respect as a tenant.

From a landlord’s perspective, Axios Real Estate’s meticulous attention to detail and dedication to balancing the needs of both tenants and properties reflect their exceptional management standards. I wholeheartedly recommend them to any landlord seeking a team that is not only efficient but also deeply invested in the care of their properties and the satisfaction of their tenants.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been working with Axios Real Estate for property management on the Lower North Shore, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Mike and Kathy truly go above and beyond as a boutique agency, providing personalized, hands-on attention that’s hard to find with larger firms. They’ve managed my property with professionalism, prompt communication, and a genuine care for both my interests and the tenants’ experience.

Their expertise in the Mosman and surrounding areas is invaluable, and their commitment to keeping me informed and supported has made the process incredibly smooth. Axios Real Estate’s attention to detail, responsiveness, and dedication are top-notch—I highly recommend them to any landlord looking for peace of mind and quality service!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently leased a property through Asset Property Management. The initial inspection and application was very easy, and Kathy was very responsive and helpful throughout the tenancy. All issues were immediately resolved and an additional rental period easily arranged, Great experience!
